MushMate already had the right data on these screens. The problem was its order: too many controls at the same level on a phone, and too much unused space on a computer.

We have redesigned six common journeys together: Pack, dog profile, history, run recap, season plan and goal creation.

What changes

The Pack starts with the state of the group. On a phone, the active-dog count and alerts come before the list. On a computer, hovering or focusing a dog opens its summary on the right without leaving the list.

The dog profile starts with identity. The weight actually used for feeding, where that weight came from and cumulative kilometres now sit together. Quick captures and the logbook form a clear action area, separate from the rest of the record.

History separates unfinished work. Runs that still need completing become a bounded inbox; finished runs keep their place in the logbook. On a wide screen, a row can open a preview without navigating away.

The recap asks before it explains. Team effort remains the first answer requested, followed by a dark summary that brings distance, time and trace together.

The plan starts with this week. Readiness, phase, permitted pace and the limiting dog share one hero card. The season path, milestones and later weeks follow.

Creating a goal becomes a sequence of decisions. On a phone: context, rhythm, equipment, dogs. On a computer, the steps, current fields and live recap remain visible together when space allows.

The mobile entry now belongs to the same product. Sign-in and account creation use the same warm board, dark hero and form card as the redesigned screens. Password recovery and offline capture remain available exactly as before.

The web now follows the atlas composition. Its rail stays light and compact on a warm canvas. Pack and History become dense lists whose first row opens in the inspector; hovering or focusing another row moves that context.

Why phone and computer are not identical

On a phone, showing four decisions at once does not add control; it makes the next action harder to find. The flow therefore moves through short steps with large targets.

On a computer, hiding context behind successive screens wastes the available width. Lists gain an inspector and forms keep their recap within sight.

The shared rule is the reading order, not the number of columns.

What does not change

This redesign changes none of your data, training calculations, roles or offline synchronisation. No plan is recalculated and no run is transformed.

We changed how you see and act on what was already there — not what MushMate decides on your behalf.
